Rooms are very comfortable including beds.
Hotel with quiet ambiance.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to subway stations and 5th Avenue. The doormen were really nice and friendly, as were most of the reception staff.
Our room worked quite well for us, as we were two adults and two children and we didn't want to get two rooms. It was a squash but not terrible, and the bathroom was large by NYC standards.
nice hotel, great location. Our room was on high floor with very good view on empire state building. Room was comfortable, nice design. comfortable bed, good lighting.
Lobby bar had a good choice of drinks, modern design, friendly staff. Restaurant has specific openings hours which is not really what we are used to, but that might be OK for USA.
