The location was wonderful to walk to the lakefront and the Third Ward. The room was spacious and clean with some added amenities like coffee maker and common space.

The guesthouse was an unexpected pleasure. Very comfortable stay. The kitchen area was a unique plus. Complimentary breakfast items and coffee (all day), also a great perk.
Highly recommend!! Lola was professional and friendly, making the check in process very easy.
Location was great. They also had covered parking at a nearby garage at a great price. Very modern and I did like the common area!!
