Staff went above and beyond. The room was clean, and comfortable. The Valet service was fantastic!

Our room was very clean, and very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with good lighting, all the towels well-organized, a big mirror, and lots of room. The shower worked just fine, and had hand-pump shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty simple, but the eggs and bacon were good, as was the fruit. The coffee was good, and available day and night. For those that don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, it was pretty close to the most important places downtown. It was about 20 minutes to the Summerfest entrance, which was just enough to get a feel for downtown, and maybe pass by the museum or the river. It's a little far if Summerfest rejects your backpack and you have to go back to leave it in your room - check Summerfest rules before going!

Located in the center of the city, good connections to things that Milwaukee is known for and a great staff!

Breakfast was awesome, staff was friendly, location awesome to catch shuttle to Summerfest

Beds and bedding were comfortable. It was a nice big room for the 4 of us to be able to relax. Staff was very accommodating. Valet was friendly and helpful.
