The staff were super nice! We got in the city a little early and they allowed us to have early check in. They even gave us wine and chocolates as we were celebrating our engagement. The location was AMAZING. Literally close to everything. Will recommend to our friends and we will definitely be back!

Modern, clean, and I’d even say sleek. Perfectly located (we were catching a concert at the Chicago theatre), room very clean, beds comfortable, ample outlets for all the chargers. Front desk staff were friendly and polite and the valet that evening was just phenomenal.

We had a wonderful one-night stay here when our flight was canceled and we ended up with an overnight layover in Chicago. I booked the suite and we were shocked by how huge the room was! It was a very comfortable room with high-end finishes. It had three big bay windows that were nice to look out and see the city. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was amazing. They also had Jeni’s ice cream for purchase downstairs, along with a free filtered water tap and a coffee machine. The hotel is in an ideal location, walkable to so many of Chicago’s best restaurants and sights! We will stay here again on future trips!
