It was clean, newer building, great breakfast, clean rooms, right off main road.
Fire alarm went off at 5:40 AM (nothing to do with La Quinta or the staff) And we couldn't get a first floor. Which is understandable if they were booked. But we did get to see a bear up close and personal.
This hotel went through a recent remodel because our room was like brand new. The room we stayed in was very spacious for our family of five. The location of the hotel was super convenient to the ski resort. We loved everything about this place! The ladies at the front desk were super helpful as well. They even had dog treats for our fur baby! We will definitely be back!
Comfortable bed and spacious room. However, bathroom was on the small size.
I was surprised by the continental breakfast that was included. My son and I were going to grab coffee there and then go get breakfast somewhere else. But when I saw the scrambled eggs I decided to try them and we wound up having a decent breakfast there with eggs, waffles, yogurt, some fresh fruit and coffee. It was very satisfying and saved us from having to buy breakfast elsewhere. Plus saved us some time too since everything was ready to eat when we got there. I consider the included breakfast to make this hotel a great deal !
