Clean, convenient, super friendly and helpful staff. Good big breakfast, nothing fancy. Great place to stay and rooms have shared shower/bath but private toilet.
We have already stayed in the Leo House 3 times over our New York visits. Everything is nice, but I have to remember and request a room which is not facing the 23rd street. I am a light sleeper and even with the ear plugs I had hard time to sleep.
By NYC standards - this is a palace (for one). Definitely go with the private bathroom. The staff are kind and the location is unbeatable.
Fantastic location in Chelsea near to subway, Highline etc. Having air conditioning and a private toilet made it a good base.
It was in a great location for what I was doing in the city (all my activities were in Chelsea). The staff were very nice, and the room was exactly what I needed. Clean and great for getting a good night's sleep after a very full day of activity.
