The staff is absolutely wonderful—efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. While the rooms are on the smaller side (as expected in NYC), they’re modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Great location. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay!
The lounge area was wonderful - ski-ball, games and books! We had 4 people staying in a small (affordable) room, so being able to come downstairs to the lounge to play cards and hang out was really great.
Location was perfect. Loved the funky vibe and bar. Really like the bed layout.
Staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning of our trip right until we left. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the breakfast cafe employees were exceptionally friendly towards my family and myself.
I have stayed at this Moxy 3 or 4 times. It is a great East Village location - close to Union Square park. Gathering spaces in the hotel are fun and happening. Bonvoy perks for those who qualify are helpful. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
