The staff is fantastic! We traveled with 3 young kinds and they manage to get us connected rooms and an early check in.
Pros: location, very clean, beautiful hotel, delicious food. People in the front desk very kind and helpful.

A hidden gem in Manhattan. Love the floral entryway, generous sized rooms for New York City with high ceilings, a terrific restaurant downstairs, and excellent service!
