Check in was very fast, no waiting time.The location, not noisy. Very helpful and friendly staff . Dolly ( a waitress) served me delicious breakfast every morning.
Overall, a good experience. The location and the view over Central Park were especially valuable, all at a convenient price. In addition, the staff was extremely kind and helpful—from the front desk to room service—which is not something to take for granted in New York
