People friendly was able to get in hotel early. They sent a shuttle to get us at airport.
The location and very convenience to shopping center! I forgot the driver name who pick my and friend and I up from the airport on Wednesday, July 16th (his name starts with a J, brown skin with braids) He’s very professional, polite, great driver and outstanding customer service. Also, when I went downstairs to the Customer Service desk at 7pm, I don’t remember the Young lady name, but she was very professional, polite, and outstanding Customer Service..
It’s ok and they put on 2nd floor and it’s hard for me to go upstairs
Breakfast service was great and Linda was so friendly and helpful. The whole staff was great!!
Great location right in the middle of our concert venue and our airport. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning was exceptional!
