Fantastic location and great staff! Great communication from staff via text making us aware of what was going on and checking if we needed anything. Very spacious room for being NYC. Also, I had read a review that mention elevator delay, we had no problem at all with that.
Spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable and large beds, and a fantastic location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of New York.
