The lobby was beautiful with very nice dark wood throughout. I also ended up staying in the penthouse suite, it was spacious, clean and had a fantastic terrace with a great view of the city.
It was close to everything! Our room was big with a nice view. We loved the shower. The bed was very comfortable! The people that work there are so friendly and accommodating!
Location was excellent,a little walk to time square and easy to access public transport and very safe around the hotel to cafeteria,restaurants,hop on and off buses

I enjoyed the quietness and the afternoon staff who were very supportive and offered to make me copies very pleasantly. I liked the Fire place downstairs. The bellmen were very pleasant. The best part was the bathtub! Good WiFi.
