Great price for ocean front. Staff was so friendly! So happy we got to bring our pooch too.
no breakfast;, but nice to have a coffeepot in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet.
While it is a bit rundown, the place was VERY clean, like I wiped it down and the cloth was still clean kind of clean! The carpets were clean too, quite a feat at a sandy beach hotel. The bed was comfortable, I was surprised at how roomy the mini-fridge was, the pool was a great temperature, and the VIEW WOW! It's in a great location just off the main highway but far enough away you don't hear traffic. The beach was fairly private and I didn't hear any other guests despite it being booked up.
The ocean view was awesome. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable.
Location is awesome, right on Lincoln Beach. It's an unfussy but friendly motel. It's a bit on the old side, but they keep it clean and well maintained.
