Great shady location. Beautiful gardens in the heart of SB. Around the clock treats!
This is a beautiful place to stay! We loved the feel and the decor of the house, and our room was beautifully appointed with very authentic antique furniture and art. The grounds are lovely with interesting plants and fountains. The breakfast and snacks provided were excellent, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. From the Simpson House, you can drive to almost any SB attraction in minutes, so we found the location to be excellent. It should be mentioned that our room was smaller than a typical hotel, and some bathrooms are separate from the room (but private). But overall, this was a delightful B & B, and we will return!
Beautiful grounds. The cottage was extremely spacious and fully stocked with amenities. Warm cozy fireplace.
We love it ALL but the walls are thin and we could hear someone punding dough under our room at 7:30 am
Unique and serene, I adored the little touches everywhere. Felt beautiful and like I was in another country even.
