Excellent location and very warm and welcoming staff (thanks for the birthday love, Jimmy). Lobby is sleek and fresh fruit infused water quenched our thirst while we waited. Room was small but lovely and efficiently designed. The lit up art installation by our headboard was deteimental to our sleep though (bring an eye mask). The balcony is shared but a nice surprise. The pool and area was very chill and drinks were incredible (I forget the name of the bartender who remained open after she was supposed to head out lol g enough to make us 2 incredible quick rounds). The club is great (but the bathroom is hard to find). We had an awesome visit.
The property was great. The room was so spacious especially for an NYC hotel. The shower was amazing. We liked the views as well and also the pool. Staff was great.
The staff made this stay exceptional! Every single person who works there treated us like gold, especially Jimmy and Destiny! The atmosphere was fantastic. The room was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The view was amazing. Stay here.
I had a corner suite and I loved the space and view
Room was nice modern and clean, loved the bathroom. Views of the city were amazing. Front desk staff was super nice. The pool was a great place to hang out! I've stayed at various other lower east side hotles but this is now my new favorite and I would deff stay here again.
