Everything was great, the staff could have been a little more helpfull. I was in town as an insurance adjuster working claims from hurricane Beryl. My claims were all around Pearland/Missouri City where there was another Springhill hotel. I asked the girl at the desk If I could transfer to the other hotel since I booked through booking.com she just said you have to call. When I'm sure she could have called for me. Their rates were alot higher.
Separate sitting area with trundle couch. Large walk in closet. Clean rooms. The location was great. The kitchenette was nice to have.
I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was helpful and he was patient.
2nd year staying here and loved it! Staff are very friendly and made sure we were looked after.
The breakfast was fair, the hot food could be of better quality, the rest was great! I love the juice machine. The cold cereal was good, I like that there was a toaster and fresh fruit!
