Our door was ajar when we arrived. That was very strange..
The location is easy to get to with access to plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff is always friendly & helpful, especially when I need special requests. Breakfast is a bonus!
It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities. It was clean and was affordable
The location in Katy was convenient to where we were heading the next day. I was concerned for traffic noise but the room was actually very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and water pressure on the second floor was good.
I was charged twice by accident and the front desk manager took care of it immediately.
