The cleanliness if the room. The staff was AWESOME!!!
Everything was great. We've stayed here maybe four times during football seasons, and we've encountered no issues each time. The staff is very friendly as well.
When I got to studio 6, I did have to wait a few moments before he came to the front desk, other than that, he found my name and reservation super quick
Liked the downtown location very much. Great location!
