Jaime at the front desk made our stay extra welcoming! Location was also great and rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Free laundry in the basement was a great perk!

The room had a balcony. Great view from 20th floor. Great space - much better than a typical hotel.
The receptionists especially Mr. Ayman and Hector, the location is excellent, respecting the privacy of the guests.
The people that work here are outstanding and seem really happy with their job- like literally all of them. They had free laundry with lots of machines and give you detergent! They collected packages, the gym is pretty great. I had to leave early and they checked me out no problem.
