This is a small privately owned property that so represents old Florida style. Extremely clean, excellent value for the dollar, full of character and exceeded all of our needs. If you choose not to stay on the beach, this is a fantastic alternate. Very close to groceries, etc. and only 15 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach or the state Park beach. Easy to access 75 North for the airport or South to Marco and across the state.

The room was very cute and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the tile was new. Also, the room had a tile floor and it was nice. The lobby was nice and the staff was very friendly. The little gazebo serving breakfast and landscaping was very nice.

Quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of beautiful garden with flowers, trees and palm trees. Friendly staff and good location. Continental breakfast served in a pavilion near to the pool area. Available grills and a lot of places to have a relaxing staying

Was in a quiet neighborhood area and was very convenient for me. The grounds are landscaped very nicely and peaceful areas to sit and relax. Room and bed very comfortable. Older style 'Florida Inn' which is a great option to the large resort style hotels. Highly recommend..

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! The scenery was everything lush, green, peaceful, and picture-perfect. The grounds were so well kept, and everything was spotless. The room was super clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You could really tell they pay attention to the little details. But what really touched my heart was the staff. I accidentally left behind a doll I’ve had since I was 3 years old something incredibly sentimental to me. I was devastated when I realized it was missing. But thanks to their amazing housekeeping and front desk team, they found it and made sure it was returned to me safely. That kind of care and kindness is rare. I’m so grateful and will definitely be returning!
