The hotel is well equipped, the lifts are fast and the staff are great to deal with. There are a lot of little things about this hotel that I liked. Free plastic bottles and filtered water for example. It is also in the perfect location to explore NY.
Great location. Staff are super nice compared to the few other NYC hotels we’ve stayed at on past trips. Room size was good, had more than enough space to repack my luggage with suitcase wide open on the floor and could still walk around.
The location across from Rockefeller Center is excellent and the price was reasonable. The staff ensured we had a quiet room on the backside of the hotel as requested, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an affordable base camp to explore the city.
