staff goes out of their way to accommodate you..Remembers you and your visits as I stay here each time I'm in NYC. Close to Grand Central Terminal is a plus.
The Renwick has such a cozy vibe snuggled in the heart of NYC. The rooms are small but so unique and incredibly clean. I usually hate hotel showers, but not at The Renwick, it was incredibly spacious and VERY clean... We were happily surprised how quiet our room was at night. The staff was fun, helpful and professional. The price is quite reasonable given it's NYC and it's so centrally located and an easy walk to many NYC landmarks..
Spacious room for NYC standards; everything was comfortable. Staff was excellent. Atmosphere was welcoming and not stuffy. Loved little touches like a big container of cold lemon water and cups in the lobby, and free coffee in the bar.
We arrived after midnight due to our flight but it was no problem, we got very warm welcome. The amenities in the room was very good and we got complementary water. Also, there was lemonade and coffee in the lobby all the time. The building is very nice and we could enjoy the feeling of a historic building. In addition, we ordered from online shops that we cannot order from in our home country and the hotel was very kind to accept them and keep them until our stay. We really appreciated that.
