Family room, location. Close to Union square from there, hop on, hop off tours also start.
Everything from the way the space was laid out, the choices for furniture, the extra pillows, the smart TV, the location, and the balcony were great!
Overall very happy with the stay , me my wife and 3 kids stayed and I chose the executive suite. The staff especially the manager Jacky was the best , she exudes real warmth and at the same time super efficient and sensible. I had some quirks with the booking based on the selection I made on Booking.com etc , but ironed like a breeze by Jacky .This was my 3 rd visit to SF and I would recommend this hotel any day !
For the price and location this hotel is absolutely amazing! Rooms are clean and cozy. Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
