The Hotel is located in the heart of Manhattan; everything is located close by.
The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Moe at the front desk goes above and beyond in making his guests feel extra special!
Location was great. Breakfast was very good and the. Indulgence time between 5pm and 8pm was very welcoming. We could spend the day walking around the city have a reasonable lunch and then finish the day with a few wines and the food provided was more than enough for dinner.
Liked the location close to times square and central park.

The staff at The Terrace were very nice and friendly. The food in the evenings was very good, although breakfast was hit or miss as far as being hot is concerned.
