Great hotel love location from the staff ,have stayed there two times now and will be back again !!!
The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.
Good size room, clean and spacious.
It is located in a great spot for a downtown Manhattan area.
The two simultaneous desks were always open, and the stuff was very nice.
Complementary drinking areas offered hot coffee/tea and bottles of water that are reusable is very convenient.
Luggage storage is possible for the last day with no charge , and they offer it with a smile, and you fill welcomed.
Location was fantastic. The room we stayed in was amazing. Plus, we were in NYC to celebrate our son's birthday, and the staff made our arrival very special by placing a bday card and treats in our room.
