Spacious room with fridge and air conditioning. Small balcony but it was okay.
Very good value, the owner was very helpful and polite.
Roof top pool was small but was good to cool down, but for the price it was worth it

15 minutes walk to night market and walking street
Construction work across the street, entertainment watching from the pool, couldn't hear any noise from our room
The best thing about the hotel is the owner. He is an amazing guy who always went above and beyond for any request we had. Need water? Here are bottles, need paper? Here it is.
The hotel was ok for the amount of money we paid. Rooms were nice, with very small balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was big enough. The room included a safe and a fridge.
For a budget hotel, the experience was good but I want to stress how amazing the owner is.
Also the roof is an amazing place to relax and drink/eat at night.
Place was nice but a little over priced due to being high season but other than that is a decent place
Abby house was a pleasant surprise after staying in a rather shabby accommodation for 30% more money....it was very quiet...and clean and modern!! Great location with patong Beach being just a short walk away!!! It is very close to nanai soi as well...where there were plenty of opportunities for eating a d drinking..... it's a great location....I would highly recommend it for any future travelers to patong Beach..
The rooms are big with lots of space and the bed was really comfy! The staff are super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay.
