Nice rooftop pool and rooms. We paid ~700bath and feel is a good value for what you get. 24h front desk and -15min from banglad.

his a a great hotel! Rooms are very clean and up to "western standards". Staff is friendly. Can rent Motor bikes in front of the Family Mart which is 100ft away. The pool is nice but the pool deck is a little rough. TV has an English movie channel.
We have stayed in the area before, just far enough away from bangla road yet close enough to walk. The beach isn't far either. Maybe 10 minute walk.
Staff were great, quiet room AC worked well. Location for me was perfect. Laundry and moto hire directly opposite. 711 50m away and an amazing cheap restaurant on the main road heading towards the roundabout

The room was very spacious, clean. The people in the reception were very helpful, The location is great- very near to patong Beach. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again
