Everything was very good, the staff was very helpful especially the owner that answered quickly to all our requests.
Property was very clean and towels were changed daily.
If make some small renovation works in the room it will be 10 score )
Nice breakfast , location , staff
Good place to stay for a couple nights with comfy beds and nice staff. Near lots of good local eats within a few minutes walking distance. Kata beach main area is about 20 minutes walk and convenient to access. Good air conditioning in rooms and a nice little drying rack with clips outside on the balcony.
Good room and good price. 7/11 and some restaurants are very close. nearest beach abour 15min by foot (I‘d recommend renting a bike)Y
Kind owners and manager who accommodated to our needs, we wouldve stayed longer but it was fully booked which was no surprise considering it’s such a lovely and homey place to stay in Kata
