Sugar Marina Hotel - NAUTICAL - Kata Beach - SHA plus, Пляж Ката, Таиланд

The staff was excellent! The room with pool access was all I needed.

The hotel was less than three or four minutes walking from Kata Beach and located just off of the main road. I could see a sliver of the beach from my room and I imagine there’s an even better view on the higher floors. You could probably walk to Kata Noi Beach from the hotel, but the hotel was on a hill so it would be a little bit of a climb in the hot sun so I didn’t even bother to try. The staff were friendly and surprised me with a pool access room upgrade at check-in. They were very helpful even with matters not directly involved with the hotel. My room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well, almost too well sometimes. The pool, even though I didn’t use it, was nice to look at and I liked that there was a fitness center alongside it.
