The location is perfect. The toilet is spacious and clean. The room is not fancy but comfy. The staff is helpful and polite. Overall pretty decent for the price.
Nice size room, big shower and bathroom. Heated bidet. TV, refrigerator. Thick blanket. Toiletries. Coffee.and tea packets, bottled water.
I rate hotels mainly by the quality of the staff,. In this case I got to say each one was helpful, charismatic and all around approachable. Including the owner, that was personally helpful. He only introduced himself as a member of the staff Next day we figured out who he was.
Very good Price for the Room and huge breakfast
Nice staff
The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to Hualien Station and is located on the Main Street so it’s very close to eateries. The room was quite large (in particular the bathroom). The shower was huge with great pressure and heat.
