The man at reception was awesome! Even though he didn't speak a word of English, he very cheerfully helped me sort out whatever I needed and made me feel very welcomed. All hotels in Alishan are located on one street, this one is placed with easy access to everything. I was traveling alone but I was given a double room. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy I slept really well.

Clean, tidy. All the facilities you might need. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great location!

The cheapest stay inside the Alishan recreational area. Queens bed with bed warmer to keep you warm during sleep. Comfortable bedding. Spacious room. Taiwanese style Breakfast buffet in a separate restaurant included. Nice boss

Good location in the Alishan Reacreation Area, the hotel is run by a friendly man. Comfortable room, there is a bed warmer and more than enough hot water. Pretty clean and spacious, every basic thing that you need in a hotel, you will have. A big plus was the bathtub, very nice to relax in after coming back from the cold weather outside.

Nice and clean although it does not provide air conditioner. Room are pretty small although one night about 4000NT dollar. Breakfast included to room service.. just simple toast and coffee but yummy. If u are heavy eater will not enough. Unfortunately card payment is not available and only by cash. Operate by old friendly uncle. When u book they ask you transfer deposite. I'm not local and I request uncle to request reserved without deposite. He help me reserved and hold my room till 4pm on that day. Bed got electric heater.
