To go to Bodrum or other places, you have to order a taxi through the reception. First of all, not suitable for families with children. Private beach is difficult to reach for disabled people. The services was very bad. This is because there was not enough staff. We had to wait an hour for our room on arrival. The room was cleaned one time and not the other. Every time something was missing after cleaning the room. Then another towel and another time cups and another time soap. The accommodation was not clean. Many taps and toilets were not working. Lots of rubbish on the property. When the reception was called and complained that something was missing in the room, they only responded after several calls. There was no further entertainment. But you should not expect that if you book all-inclusive for that price. Accommodation is located in a U-shape so that the noise, the music, was quite disturbing until midnight. I have no opinion about the pool, because I don't use the pool. Often get ear infections when I use the pool. That's why I prefer the sea. Lots of young people, but that was no problem. Beer and wine were served in the same plastic cup. Wine was not drinkable. In short, the hotel really needs renovation or major maintenance.
