The location was amazing, walking distance from everywhere you needed to go - peaceful beach - access to all the beach clubs and restaurants by the sea. Great value for money, I came by myself and by the end of the holiday we had a group of 12, it’s an amazing place to meet people and relax The rooms where very outdated - especially as a 5 star hotel it needs a refurbishment, the internet was slow in the rooms and certain areas of the hotel didn’t have access such as underneath the pool by the Chinese. It was abit noisy during the evening but that was because of the the clubs and bars in the surrounding areas.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff are very professional and kind. Food is very good and rooms are clean. The bartenders Mustafa and Eyub are very polite and always smiling and makes the best cocktails! I will definitely come back again.Thank you! The shower broke twice but was quickly fixed :)

The sea view from the room was amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ruslan at the front desk speaks Russian and is super helpful and professional. Bad Wi-Fi in the room. Great outside of the room. Russian and English speaking folks were only on the front desk and a couple of people at bars. When you get breakfast, lunch or dinner they serve you but they speak only Turkish and we had to get just any food which looked ok by pointing on it 😂 Though food was good and fresh.

Очень понравился персонал, особенно, на ресепшен. Приятные и отзывчивые люди. Служба клининга тоже делала свою работу хорошо. Детская анимация очень милая и ненавязчивая (вечером) Отель уставший. Звезд не больше трех ему можно поставить. Устало в нем все от номеров до бассейна, пляжа и игровых детских площадок. Печальное зрелище, конечно. Номерной фонд в основном здании — старый, требует ремонта, как и рестораны, холлы и лестницы. Номер, который нам дали при заселении — ужасен: стены ободраны, инсталляция унитаза доступна через дыру в стене и т.д. Поменяли нам его без проблем, но кто в нем вообще должен жить и по каким причинам, мне непонятно. Аниматоры у бассейна очень грубые и невоспитанные люди. Даже, когда ребенок просила отойти от нее, они не отставали, пока не подходила я. Да и ко взрослым отношение тоже было неприятным, было очевидно, что этим людям не нравится их работа.
