The hotel itself is so wonderful. The room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Coming from Istanbul, we found Kayata serene, calm, and relaxing. Lots of personal attention from Ayse! She would always greet us, make sure everything was ok, so warm, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. What’s app was used to check in on us also and for us to communicate any questions. Responses were instant. The lady’s serving breakfast were so sweet. We used the taxi app Bitaksi to get around.
We loved the boutique cozy feeling of the hotel. With only a few rooms the staff make you feel welcome the minute you walk in. They help you acoomodate and make sure you have everything you need. The room cave decor is amazing and comfortable at the same time. The staff helped us with recommendations and reservations on restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend it!
Very polite and helpful staff. Ayse was very welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed including giving us good recommendations. Aykut did everything to help me with my sudden severe back pain. He was very kind.
We were welcomed by Isha a broad smile and a bottle of local wine. She gave us recommendations for restaurants within a short walk from our hotel. Breakfast was good. The chance of sleeping in a cave with all the amenities of home was a special experience. The history of the region particularly that of the early Christians living in the caves for protection from persecution is a unique story and well preserved. The world renowned sunrise balloon ride is a must do when in the area. It's really an unbelievable sight to see dozens of balloons flying over the fairyland volcanic outcroppings just after sunrise.
