The property was super cute and easy walking distance to everything! The host was amazing!

It was clean and also very well located in the center of Nice. Had many restaurants all around. Easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais.
Perfect layout for a couple. Good AC, excellent WiFi (we were able to do video calls), and so close to the beach. The kitchen is also well stocked if you want to do some cooking. I wish we would better plan next time to stay longer.
The host was very responsive and helpful. He waited for us even though we arrived after midnight on the first day. He gave us useful tips for restaurants. In general, very warm welcome. The apartment is very well equiped and kitchen and cooking facilities can be used without the problem. Bedroom is small but it is fine for sleeping. We liked the location the best! Close to the sea, 25min on foot from the Old Town, lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity.
