Dormio Resort Les Portes du Grand Massif is located in the Haute Savoie mountain resort of Flaine. It offers a wellness center, restaurant and en suite apartments with balconies overlooking the Flaines Massif. Regional specialties can be enjoyed in the Refuge’s (only open in winter) restaurant and guests can relax in the evenings in the residence bar. Guests are also invited to relax in the spa and health club. Each of Dormio Resort Les Portes du Grand Massif's apartments have chalet-style décor and an LCD TV. Each kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a seating area. Guests of Dormio Resort Les Portes du Grand Massif can enjoy skiing in winter and hiking, mountain biking and golf in summer. The A40 motorway is located 30 minutes' drive away.

The view was superlative. The options to go and walk / hike and activities were so many.
The appartment was big and with enough space, kitchen facitilites and bathroom - too good. Value for money.
The staff was always friendly and helpful.
Possibility to order bread, croissants for breakfast
There was a pool but we did not use it as we spent time outside.
Size of room was great and the spa was good. Wonderful views and very helpful ski staff in the rental shop.

Lots of snow
The accommodation was very nice - enough space, was clean and had everything that we needed. The beds are comfy and we slept well - the whole resort feels very quiet from around 2230 - even on one of the busiest weeks of the year. I wish I had known that there was a ski equipment shop on site as I would have used that instead of another one further away. You can order your bread/croissants for the morning and then collect from reception -a nice service. The spa is also easily accessible and we also used the washing machines in the main complex. The reception staff are very helpful.
Mooi schoon en groot appartement op goede locatie in een heel fijn skigebied. We waren met zes personen in een appartement voor 8. Skibus voor de deur, auto is niet nodig met de bus komt je overal. Skipiste ook voor de deur. Skiverhuur op de locatie met lockers. Ook een fijn zwembad fitness en sauna. In het restaurant meerdere keren lekker gegeten. Er is mogelijkheid om te ontbijten. Afhaalservice voor broodjes aanwezig. Alle medewerkers even aardig en behulpzaam. In restaurant zijn er vegetarische of vegan opties. Ideaal skigebied voor zowel beginners als gevorderden. Liften zijn prima, leuke resterende op de pistes. Wij hadden een zeer zonnige week met overal goede sneeuw. Komen zeker terug!
