This is the second year we travel to this facility. Last year was the opening year of the hotel. We had booked through hotel website so i was not able to comment. This year we booked over booking. This year we felt like the hotel was a bit more organized. Very nice facility, brand new and it is literally on the ski course. The largest ski lift is 30-35meters away from the hotel. Great ski in-ski out experience. Covered car park free of charge. They even have charging units for EVs. I like the breakfast althogh i believe the price could be a little lower. Family rooms are suit rooms with two separate bedroom areas, very convenient for families of 4. Accessible from GVA in 1:15-1:20 via car or transfer. I suggest booking a car, as we did in both occasions. You may want to travel to other towns like Chamonix, Megeve etc.

Great location ski in-ski out. Wonderful facilities with very nice swimming pool, hamam, sauna, fitness center, spa, bar, restaurant and ski rental just next door . Spacious rooms and very good breakfast but too expensive.

the facilities were lovely. we had a steam & cold plunge pool 2 -3 sessions every day after skiing which was amazing. foor was great although not cheap. avoid the restaurant food at the top of the main lift Planiere. the food was awful but great for a drink

The hotel was in a great location next to the slopes. The reception staff were friendly and we paid extra for the early check in which was well worth it at we arrived at 12pm. The hotel looked virtually new. Everything was well looked after. The swimming and spa areas were excellent. The bar and outside seating area also were great areas to enjoy a drink at the end of a days skiing. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked nice. The ski boot room and access to the slopes were excellent.
