The view, plenty of space to spread out, close to the train, and warm staff.
Great place, beautiful view of Mont Blanc from the room, nice cool cross breeze at night, free parking across the street, about 30 minutes walk along the river from the centre of Chamonix, friendly staff

Wonderful charming hotel in a great location and leaking to the gondola to ski. Great breakfast. Best service. Wonderful staff helping you with anything you need. We felt very well taking care of from the first moment.
