Very clean and comfortable room. The stuff is very polite and friendly.

And Phillipe. He is a great host. Good English, always smiling and helping with everything. This guy belongs in a five-star hotel, to say the least.
An excellent choice for a brief and budget-conscious family stay, we spent just one night here. It's conveniently situated not too far from the city center and extremely close to the metro station. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.
The location was close to the center of the town (and Toulouse Matabiau) and was convenient using metro and bus. Supermarket (Carrefour) is close by which we used to get water and some wine.
Great location near metro station.
