The apartment was large and fairly well set up and it was good to have the toilette in a separate room from the shower.

All recommendations for this apartment. It is located in a quiet street in Nice, near the sea. The old town can be reached very easily on foot with a wonderful walk by the sea. The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen for a longer stay, the bathroom is also spacious and clean, fast internet. Excellent communication with the host and he is available for any help and information.

The location, 5 minutes slow walk from the beach/promenade. LIDL just right in front of the building ( and another supermarket just around 200 meters to the left). Many restaurants, cafes, bakery, clubs nearby. But, it was quiet neighbourhood, that allowing you to sleep well at night. The flat is clean and well equipped: quite complete kitchen utensils and basic materials (salt, pepper, coffee), in the bathroom soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, etc. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels were clean, soft and thick. It is also quite spacious. The check in and out was easy. The owner was so kind, informative and helpful. When we had technical problem, he solved it right away.

Nice apartment in near proximity to our sightseeing in Nice. The kitchen had all we needed. Our children loved the bathtub. Host quick to answer questions and very helpful.
