We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation in Nice! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the old Nice spots, and vibrant markets. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere with a touch of French elegance.

Nice, well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Easy to get to the beach in ~2 minutes.
We loved the location! Overall a great stay! Overlooked the Fontaine du Soleil. Very close to the beach was a big plus, located near Plage Beau Rivage and near the Cours Saleya with markets, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to old Town and all other sights outside of Nice as we rented a car. Liked the coffee machine. Washer was convenient for our 4 night stay
Room was quite spacious and well decorated with wood beams and exposed brick.
Provided plenty of extra towels for our stay which we appreciated.
The room and the building were very quiet considering the central location. The only sound I heard was the performers in the square when the skylight was drawn.
Good communication from the host, when confirming key receipt and access to keys after hours was great.
The location on Place Massena, in old town and just a few blocks from the Promenade, is excellent!
