The location is so fun! It might not be for everyone. It is in the heart of the maze of Nice, meaning no car access. You have to walk at least 7 mins to get to it and it’s in a very unlit dark alley. But we loved it. We loved being in the middle of all the action. It’s very loud at night. You’ll hear people all night long and then in the morning you’ll hear people and businesses start to open. We didn’t mind it bc it was like a white ambient noise.
We were a group of six and it was a perfect fit much bigger than we were expecting actually. The air conditioning was very good and it was great having a kitchen and being so close to the lots of restaurants and the beach would def stay again. The host was also very responsive and helpful

The location is in the heart of old town Nice and is absolutely perfect if you want to walk places. The place has high ceilings, a full kitchen, an updated bathroom, and two separate toilets. Each bed was comfortable and each room had curtains or a door to uphold privacy. There is a nice dining table and living space with two couches. I stayed here in a group of 5, and it was a perfect place for everyone. We loved the location so much and how close it is to the restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The only time we needed to travel by car was from the train station and back. Additionally, the apartment felt very secure, with the entry gate that requires a fob to scan in and multiple locks on the front door of the apartment. Highly recommend!!
The location is amazing. Everything is on the doorstep. Exactly what we wanted as a family break with a couple of teenagers. Some people may be put off by the noise through the night. But we thought it was worth the compromise as the location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. We only had 3 days in the city and wanted to be in the middle of the things happening.
Instructions for checking in and out were spot on. Couldn’t be clearer. Late check-in option was great. Also the option to leave our luggage in the luggage room was convenient. We would definitely return.
