People were really nice, even though we spoke very poor French! Good stopover for us, very clean and everything worked well. Rooms a bit on the small side, but car park that looked quite secure. Great to have a standard checkout time as noon - not always needed but much appreciated by us.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was on the edge of a nice neighborhood about a 30 minute walk to the center of town. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. We also tried the Pizza Bus just across the street for a lighter meal and a few smaller grocery stores within a 10 minute walk to get a sandwich or snack. Plenty of free parking spaces and spots to charge electric cars too. We stayed here 4 nights as a base to explore Normandy and it was perfect for that.
Very pleasant stay and the quality of service was exception, would recommend to all who want to have a nice stay in Caen! The restaurant was also very good with very tasty recipes!
