The landlord was great, contacted me in advance and provided water and food, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is a beach 15 minutes walk away!
It was definitely the most gorgeous and unbelievable terrace I have ever seen. Apartment has all the possibly needed equipment. The owner welcomed us with homemade wine and brandy, which was tne best present ever after a long trip. The view from the terrace is magnificent, 50m from the sea and the beach. At the time we were there, there were some construction works near the beach, but it didn't disturb us that much. We walked along the beach to Split every day and even didn't use a bus. Sincerely advice this apartment for everyone.
Space, close to the beach, grocery store, view was amazing. Also it was well equipped, we used to cook, so there was enough of kitchen tools. Terrace was amazing too, we enjoyed spending lots of time there.
The apartment is 100 meters from the beach.
It is equipped with all the appliances (kitchen, laundry machine and 2 great balconies with most amazing beach view)

Lovely, well equipped, modern apartment in nice coastal suburb of Split. Huge sunny terrace in elevated position, looking out over the sea and Brac island. Very helpful and responsive owners. 45 minute walk along the coast to central Split, but very good and inexpensive Uber service into town.
