AC in the room, location (7 min walking to Piazza Grande, 15 min walking to the Locarno Train Station, 1 min walking to the Bus Stop St. Antonio Chesa - Bus No. 3 from main train station), cleanliness is SUPER!, fast reply from the owner and also friendliness, comfy of the bed, clear instructions (about key, check in and check out), have also fan in the room, water kettle to boiled water for tea or coffee, they also provide shampoo and soap, fresh set of 2 bath towel and 2 face towel. The room is just simple but just what I need for a short stay. Will definitely come back here! Thank you Susan!
Uncomplicated check-in and clean. Room and the bathroom in the floor (its not in the room as described) was very clean. Everything in walking distance
