Fantastic rooftop terrace. One can see the church steeples, the lake, the river, all the rooftops... The terrace is huge and also the hotel has provided chairs, sun loungers, etc. It is truly amazing. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The location is great, old town Zurich walking distance from the best the city offers for tourists. This area is very vibrant and has concerts and other fun activities. The staff is amazing! We had an issue with the AC but they were so helpful, since it was the hottest week of the year. I was very grateful! Ramon rocks ! Very good breakfast too!

Great for the price in Zurich! Room was on the smaller side but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town and right by the lake.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also accommodating to find us two rooms on the same floor. This helped to make the family traveling with us more relaxed. They are elderly and it was first visit to Europe.

I liked the location in the historical area. It was easy to walk to attractions and had many restaurants nearby. Also very close to the river. Good breakfast variety. Nice ammenities in the room. We had several outlets to use. The bathroom was large. The glass did not wrap all the way around the tub but it wasn't a problem. I would stay here again! Our room was for 3 and we had room to open all our luggage and still walk around.
