Renovated in 2015, Art Déco Hotel Elite is a classically elegant building from the 1930s in the center of Biel, only 656 feet from the train station and surrounded by many shops and boutiques. Opened in October 2015, a free fitness center and the FlowerPower30 spa area with a sauna and steam bath are also available. All rooms offer air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV, a mini-bar, a tea/coffee maker, a safe, hairdryer, and a private bathroom. The L'Osteria restaurant offers characteristic Italian cuisine. A bus and tram stop is right outside the Elite Hotel. Lake Biel and the Old Town can be reached in a 10-minute walk, and Bern is a 25-minute train ride away.
