It was close to train station and eating establishments

The location was great for our purposes. It was close to the train station so we were able to walk to the hotel with our bags. And it was next to the bus station where we met for two of our tours. There were good restaurants close by. The bathroom was nice and big and the beds were pretty comfortable. The front desk staff were great! Very friendly and helpful and offered us umbrellas which certainly came in handy during our stay.

The location is superb - just across from the Bus Station and very short walk to train station. Also walking distance from the old Town, Zurich Lake etc. The room was large, including the bathroom and was very clean. Convenient outlets for charging etc. Staff are extremely polite and accommodating - they will store luggage if you arrive early, you can also use their guest area for charging phones and a hot drink while waiting for checkin.

location excellent. coffee machine and hot water each floor. Staff service is very helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable and staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
