The staff was very helpful, the room was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The location was central to everything in old town.
Perfect location close to Zurich Station. Paid breakfast sumptuous & service great. Good amenities, esp like the sample eye cream & night cream.
Excellent property in an excellent and convenient location. Tram, train stations are very conveniently located. Staff are very courteous and the interior is excellent. Butler service was quite unique.
Staff Everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel upgraded my room for free, which was a very nice surprise. The people at the reception were so kind and helpful — really some of the nicest I’ve met. Great service and great experience overall!
The layout of the room was perfect, we were able to close the "bedroom" door and have more privacy. We had 2 bathrooms which is great when traveling with 2 kids. The rooms were quiet, dark, cold and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We had concierges coming to our room to drop off some goodies for my boys.
