We had a great stay at this hotel in Zurich. It was very clean and the location was incredibly convenient — just steps from public transit, which made getting around the city super easy. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially when it came to giving clear instructions for getting to the airport and storing our luggage after check-out due to our late flight.
Zurich itself was a highlight — the city is beautiful, and everyone we met was so welcoming and helpful. We also took a couple of train trips into the mountains, which were absolutely breathtaking.
I just want to note the amazing staff of the hotel! I was there during my bday trip, and Thao & Nithiya were exceptionally kind to write me a personalized note with bday wishes! That was very sweet of you, ladies, thank you so much! ☺️

Location was terrific- about 20/25 minute walk to historic old town. Staff were super friendly and informative. Bed was a delight after overseas flight. Our balcony was picturesque. Parking garage was very difficult to find. But the staff guided us and were again very accommodating, helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent and walking distance from the Centre of the city.
The rooms were spacious and the shower was excellent!! Bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and the morning breakfast was sufficient.
